I’m in the process of buying a home and my lender needed an appraisal done.My mortgage representative tried multiple places and they would not give us a date as to when they could do it. He then booked an appraisal with another company in town and last minute they backed out. My Mortgage Rep contacted Boreal and they jumped on it and got it done.I’m so grateful for what they did in the short time frame we had to do it.Thanks very much !!

I originally gave Boreal Apraisal Services a very critical review, out of frustration for an unfortunate situation that arose during my appraisal process. Philippe quickly made things right with me, acknowledging that mistakes had been made, however that steps are being taken to ensure it doesn't happen again in the future. However unfortunate the situation was, I'd like to thank the team for their hard work and dedication to their craft.

Didn't do a title search before entering my home. The report provided is fraudulent. Report from 2013 conflicts the 2023 in most areas. I am still waiting for Calvin's call back about the conflicts and false information. Beware!
